Under no circumstances will we distribute your data to any other individuals or corporations for any purpose not related to order processing. We expect our staff to respect your privacy and emphasize through continuous training the need to protect data from access by any individual or corporation for any purpose or reason not wholly linked to our business and the processing and execution of orders placed through our website, via email or other electronic means.

As far as possible we will ensure that the personal details you supply to complete your order is protected from uses other than the processing of your order. At suitable periodic times we purge electronic data records that represent vulnerable information that is no longer required for the functioning of our business or is duplicated elsewhere in hard copy and would pose an unnecessary risk if its continuous presence in electronic format is maintained over long periods of time.

As a normal data protection policy you may request the complete removal of all your personal data and related orders from our servers. We will respect your wishes in full and purge all required electronic records. However as per statutory requirements we will always maintain a hard copy of all orders for periods that are required under the specified statutes related to tax and company law.
