Shipping Costs

If you want to know the cost to ship an LCD our shopping cart has a built in shipping calculator. Simply add the LCD to your shopping cart and you will see on the shopping cart page your shipping cost. Change the country to your shipping destination and the cost will be updated. There is no need to provide any personal information at this stage.

Shipping Policy

As all our LCD are of a similar relative size and weight the Mobile Phone LCD shipping policy is a basic flat rate fee that covers both packaging and the costs of mailing the LCD to you. Shipping including order processing should normally take between 4 and 7 working days assuming available stock. We will contact you directly if we expect that the average shipping times will be exceeded due to stock outage or other factors.

Shipping Insurance

All our LCD ship in protective packaging which would require an extreme amount of mishandling by the shipper to cause any damage to your LCD. However If you require insurance against damage during shipping please let us know immediately so that we can add this to the cost of shipping. We do not cover under warranty any LCD damaged due to mis-handling by the shipper and if you receive items that have been subject to obvious negligent handling by the shipper please provide full details including digital photos of the items as soon as you can and we will help in pursuing your claim for reimbursement of all costs. Claims for reimbursement can only be made if you have requested insurance as part of your order.

Returns

All our LCD are tested before shipping to you and come with a full 3 months warranty subject to an exclusion of LCD that are damaged or broken due to mishandling. Should the LCD fail during the warranty period contact us immediately with your order details and a description of the problems you are experiencing. We will issue you a Return Mailing Address (RMA). Subject to testing by our technicians we will replace the LCD once we have confirmed the problems you have described. Please note we will charge for the shipping of the replacement items to you at the standard current flat shipping rate.

Installation Instructions - In order to minimize the risk of damaging an LCD during installation we can on request provide dis-assembly instructions subject to you having placed an order for the specific model you have requested.

Please note mobile-phone-lcd.com is for professional or semi-professional mobile phone and MP3 repairers. It is assumed that when an LCD is ordered the customer knows they have ordered the correct item and they know they require the LCD for a repair. Returns because the LCD is unrequired or unwanted will not be accepted.
